Welcome Conference

It’s time to welcome you to our University and city!

During this event, you'll get the chance to discover more about ESN, our activities, and the many events we organize throughout the year.
Plus, you’ll meet our team of volunteers in person!

When? On 20th September at 15:00
Where? Faculty of Economics, Room A2

As you can see on the calendar, we have many events lined up to welcome you in the best way possible, making your Erasmus experience truly unforgettable!
To join our dinners, parties, trips, and other events, you’ll need the ESN card, the membership card that gives you access to our events and a range of discounts and promotions (Check out the dedicated page!)
Don’t worry—you can pick it up at our office in the Faculty of Economics before or after the conference.

Before you come, please complete these two forms:  

• Jupiter Form  
• ESN Card Form

And don’t forget to bring a passport photo! If you don’t have one yet, you can easily get one at “Piazza Pertini Ancona” or “Via Piave” (near the supermarket).
