WEDNESDAY 24th

h 14.00 - Welcome conference and distribution of the welcome pack!

Here we will explain you all the activities, travels and events that will make for you during the academic year 2015/16.
We will tell you all the conventions you will have with the ESN card and we will give you usefull advices for your stay in Ancona.
During the conference the welcome pack will be distributed by ESN Esan Ancona - UNIVPM - Comune di Ancona, where you will surely find amazing gadget!
If you want, during the conference you can also make the ESN Card! Bring with you a small size photo and 10€!

A nice tour of the historic part of the city with a professional guide will be given in ENGLISH

h 22.30 - Meeting point in Piazza del Papa

After the conference and the tour... it is time to start the party!! We will meet to drink something together and to get ready for the welcome party!

16.00 BLIND TOUR @ MUSEO OMERO
Touch the art
A perpective way esclued from almost all museums, a new approach to the estetics mostly unexplored from blind people, despite of its epistemologic value.
Nonetheless, in Italy, only one museum has as the tactile observation is privileged channel for the knowledge. 
Touching faces, bodies, gestures, expressions, discovering volumes and perspectives just using your own hands.
Il Museo Tattile Statale Omero was born with the aim to fill this huge gap in the facilities for blind people,
but also to offer an innovative space where the artistic perception goes thruough plurisensorial suggestions more than just the view.

Partecipants will be blindfolded and a guided tour in English and Spanish will be given.

Vi andremo a spiegare tutte le attività, viaggi, eventi che verranno svolti nel corso del 2015/16, vi faremo conoscere tutte le convenzioni con la Esn CARD e vi daremo qualche utile consiglio per il vostro soggiorno in Ancona.

Durante la conferenza verranno distribuiti i WELCOME PACK by Esn Ancona - UNIVPM - Comune di Ancona, dove all'interno potrete trovare tanti utilissimi gadget!!

Una via percettiva esclusa da quasi tutti i musei, un approccio all'estetica in gran parte ancora inesplorato dai non vedenti, nonostante la sua profonda valenza epistemologica. Eppure esiste un museo in Italia che ha fatto dell'osservazione tattile il suo principale canale di conoscenza. Toccare volti, corpi, gesti, espressioni, scoprire volumi e prospettive attraverso le proprie mani.
Il Museo Tattile Statale Omero è nato con lo scopo di colmare questo vuoto nel panorama dei servizi culturali per non vedenti, ma anche per offrire uno spazio innovativo dove la percezione artistica passa attraverso suggestioni plurisensoriali extra visive.

I partecipanti saranno bendati per un incredibile Tour Guidato in Inglese e Spagnolo.
